Jeff Bezos will return to the Royal Caribbean with a private yacht, after the company announced it would purchase a fleet of private boats from a German firm.
The announcement came on the same day that the billionaire entrepreneur’s personal yacht, Princess Yachts Britannia, was bought by another company, the RCP Group.
The Princess Yacht Britannia will be named the Queen Elizabeth II and will be operated by the company with the support of the Princess William and Harry Foundation, the charity’s managing director said.
The Queen’s private yacht will feature a new, state-of-the-art design and be able to operate in all seas.
The company, which has a turnover of $1 billion, was formed in 2016 to help fund private yacht projects.
It has already raised more than $1 million.

A spokeswoman for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police said it was unable to comment on individual investigations.
The group has a fleet that includes two luxury yachters and two luxury motor yachties.
