MATT ANDERSON/Getty Images Patriots WR Jake Brissetley will undergo an MRI exam Tuesday at the team’s facility and he will be reevaluated during the week, a source confirmed to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Brissett suffered a broken right leg in the first quarter of Sunday’s loss to the Dallas Cowboys, and he has missed the past two games with an ankle injury.
He has missed a total of nine games over the past three seasons with an Achilles injury.
Brisson has started 14 of the team\’s 16 games, but he has not played in a game since the season opener, a Week 9 loss at the Detroit Lions.
Britton is the Patriots’ top receiving target in 2017 and has scored 16 touchdowns over the last three seasons.
